Job Description

The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that the services rendered fit the purpose and meet customer expectations with legal compliance

Main

Responsibilities

Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by his supervisor.

Assessing the quality of all coffee coming in and going out
Maintaining proper records of all quality analysis reports
Update and follow-up all data samples sent to clients
Make sure coffee meets expected standards all the way through the

processing and warehousing chain

Help the trade department selecting lots in line with client’s specs
Liaise with UCDA officials to ensure the exported coffee meet their standards
Update the quality department SOP

Experiences

University degree
UCDA certification/Licence
English and Luganda a must, knowledge of Swahili will be an added

advantage

Must be computer proficient
At least 3 years’ experience in Coffee quality control
